This show is a friendship bracelet in the form of a sketch revue, a pinky promise to be best friends forever, a cootie catcher filled with possibilities! Big Chick Energy is back with an ode to your chosen family, the real ones who have your back through breakups, breakdowns, and breakthroughs. It’s dedicated to your ultimate hype person, the ride or die who holds your hair back in the bathroom, the one who lets you hang out the passenger side during life’s scrubbiest moments. This light-hearted, downright silly, and occasionally musical show will keep audiences laughing and wishing for more.
And with your ticket, you also get to see this amazing sketch troupe from our very own Toronto!
At Joy Provision, we always choose joy. But, it’s been feeling harder to come by in today’s world. Wanna know why?
THERE ARE TOO MANY ASSHOLES. Joy Provision is pissed off, and we’re gonna do something about it.
ENTER JOY PROVISION’S FEMINIST KILLJOY ERA! We will explore slapstick confrontations, skewered POVs, and the clown show that is ignorance. All while telling dick jokes, blowing kisses, and holding incremental check-ins. “Feminist Killjoy” will be Joy Provision’s most interactive show yet. The audience will wince, their tummies will tickle, and we promise to make them giggle.
